Design Wall Monday

Oxygen is finished! I really like the modern feel and I plan to quilt it in a "random" stitch pattern.

I received this kit for Christmas. I discovered last night, if you look closely, that the pattern picture is not the quilt pattern in the black and white on the "putting it all together" page. Hmmm, looks very interesting and I will have to print the color pic from the net for a guide. This is next and I will start it today.

Signs of summer. This plant stayed alive over the winter and is blooming nicely. Love its color. I think that the universe is back on balance today. We had a sunny weekend after 5 days of thunderstorms and gloomy skies, it was a welcome event!

Very pretty, Vicki -- I like the blues and greens. It definitely fits its name! And your blooms are lovely, too! :)

Looks like an interesting kit...did they give you the fabrics from the outside picture or the inside pattern?

I have made the Atkinson Design pattern several times. I have made it small for a baby quilt and large for a bed size quilt. It's a fun pattern.

I like the Trip aroun Minnesota pattern so much but the kit is for the Stars pattern because it is 15 FQ and a 66 inch piece of fabric for a neutral background. Well, I am gonna have to think about how this can work out to my advantage!!

This is just wonderful-full of interest. I just love that print creating all that motion and the cool blue/greens keeping it contained!

Great quilt, I like the colors in your new kit and you're right, the pattern isn't the same as the cover.

Love the quilt! Love the fabrics from the kit. I bet if you wrote the company, she will make it right for you!
