I used up 3 yards of fabric this week making Comfort Quilt blocks and yo-yo's. I loved the results on both!!
I have added 3 yards for backing on sale at $4 yard from Mom.
I see a reduction in the stash and will count it as 1.1 totes down from 1.25 totes. It really goes quickly once you get sewing!!
I made 2 of the squares Sat and plan more for Sunday's Quiltathon with Patchwork times. Check out what everyone is doing!
I also joined Connecting Threads-Quilt with us community. I love the site. Another check it out site.
I also made 3 "c" squares on the Granny Square sampler. And on the posie quilt I have nearly all the Posie blocks quilted and will start on the border soon.
I am one week and 2 days post op and I am feeling great. I had to have my thyroid removed. I have more follow up at the end of April with some testing and treatment. I am really thankful for modern medicine and so many nice people who have been wonderful through this.
Have a great Sunday. We have snow this am but I am looking on the bright side, cool weather=more quilting.

When I first quickly glanced at the 6 blocks on your table, I thought it was inlaid slate tiles and said what a pretty table! I like the fabrics you chose for them - you've been busy!
Everything looks great! I am glad you are doing good after your op. Make sure you take it easy and don't sew or crochet to fast!!! Enjoy the snow, it's almost done for the season!! yeah!!! Remember, rainy days are sew days too!!!
I love your comfort quilt blocks! Those are really pretty. Take it easy and don't overdo while you are recovering from your op.
I always laugh at your method of counting by "totes".
