I also had a great weekend seeing my family at my nephews open house. I saw people I have not seen in years. Next Sunday is the 100th annual family reunion for my mothers family. That should be fun!
My husband is practicing for the high land games and I see many games and festivals in the next year. I am pretty excited for him. Now we are researching the best places to buy a kilt. If I keep losing weight, I think I want a skirt in my family tartan, too.

Great job Vicki and congratulations on being the first on DWM!
very nice quilt/quilting-love the butterflies!
Nice job on ALL of it..love the butterflies! My friend just MADE a kilt for her SIL. I think she said the fabric was pricey! I will find out more if I can get hold of her..she is too busy!
Your quilting looks very nice!
Very nice quilting. I would machine quilt more if I could make it look like that.
The quilting and the quilt look great!
I see you took my spot this week! LOL.
I love the butterfly stitches! Great job.
Good job! You are doing wonderful quilt designs:-)
Wonderful free and fun quilting. The front is gorgeous too :)
My brother did the Highland Games once but did not like the generic kilt because it had purple in it! Kilts are sure expensive, and all the other accessories too, but some are just gorgeous. Have a great time.
100th family reunion! Amazing! What a wonderful tradition. Having very few family members of my own, I'm envious.
I don't know how I was able to get the #1 spot on the design wall Monday, I was up at the regular time!! The butterflies were great fun and I think I am going to work on a flower next. Thanks all for the comments.
