I hand sewing some of a binding down today. No other quilting.

I did exercise for the 4th day in a row. I am not sore either. Yeah me. I am trying to get in better shape. Ugh, it looks so easy on Biggest Loser. I wish I could lose weight like that but I don't want to exercise that hard!!

Walking is a great exercise - and you can do it in the house too!! Have you heard of "Walk away the Pounds" by Leslie Sansone?? Google 'walk away the pounds' and you'll find her. She also has a book out there and lots of DVD's to follow. She is someone I have used, even just to keep active in the winter months. And yes, she does give you a work out!!
Good for you with your exercise goal!! You won't be sorry!!

And sewing down the binding!? How much more quilting do you have to do till your satisfied??? ;-) your doing great!!

I think it's easier on Biggest Loser because you have all those trainers and cooks and nutritionists after you. If I had someone yelling at me all the time, I wouldn't eat the cake either!
