The last pineapple was made for this top. I think I have enough of the fabrics left to make a border for it. This is a rough layout. I love pineapples but I am going to rest from this pattern for a little bit. They are exhausting to make.
I need to get basting!! And finishing.
Another beautiful and unseasonably warm day. I went for a walk and it was a no -jacket- needed -type of day. Very unusual for November here. First day of deer season is tomorrow, so I will have an afternoon to myself. I am working on not catching my DS swine flu. He is getting better, hopefully he will be back in the old routine Monday.

The cakes were so cute!! Are they pin cushions? I gave my blog a make over and a new post! Anna and Jeremy have a blog too. You should check it out. jeremyandannacole.blogspot.com. :)
I love your pineapple blocks. The colors are beautiful and it does look like a lot of work. My hubby has a cousin down from Charlevoix for opening day. I promised breakfast at the 10:00 break and the rest of the day is mine. I did some shopping in Grand Rapids today and also ran around without a jacket. Very strange weather but who is complaining. Glad you son is getting better!
Wow... you accomplished a lot! Well done... love your finished pieces
I find getting points to match a challenge. You did a beautiful job!
Love the pineapple blocks too! I've never tried to make one but it does look like a lot of work.
Love your spools! I even see a few of mine in there! I wonder if I got some of yours??? And the pineapples love beautiful!!
Conni, I am sure you got a few of mine! I had the brown spools and the light green leaf pattern. It really turned out to be a nice quilt top. I love the exchanges at Hand Dids
Great job Vicki! :o)) Thanks for playing with us. Imi from Holland did the hand pieced ones.
