When I went shopping, I purchased a book about locker stitch projects and I plan to make some items. I think this looks like fun for stashbusting fabrics this summer. Also the new Fon's and Porter, good stuff.
I also purchased insul-brite and made this potholder. I need to bind it. I think this is pretty cool and it gives me small projects to practice machine quilting. A good idea for my Christmas gift giving list. Gotta start now or I am not able to complete it.

I have never heard of locker stitch before... hmmmm. I should check that out to see what it is. And great idea to start with the Christmas gifts now - they always take longer than you think, and everyone can use a new potholder!! And it is a great way to practice your machine quilting - that is what I need to do too - practice till I am comfortable with it.
